An Early Royal 22E Regiment Parade Belt Buckle Newly Listed with an inscription in blueAn interlocking Royal 22E Regiment belt buckle, in solid brass, featuring a central beaver, encircled by a ring inscribed ROYAL 22E REGIMENT, reverse plain, marked MADE IN ENGLAND, measures 100 mm (w) x 60 mm (h), exhibiting wear and verdigre, central beaver disc slightly bent, very fine condition. Footnote: The Royal 22e Rgiment, commonly known as the Van Doos, is Canadas most famous French language infantry regiment. It was formed on 14 October 1914
